There are so many different components that go into making a garment:
First is the design. and a lot of people just think its drawing a picture of a pretty outfit but its not there is so much more. You need a lot of inspiration, you need to know how you will get into the garment, what the pattern will look like and working with the fabrics with the way they will fall once made into the garment, this is without thinking about children's wear and the safety precautions.
I'v just finished drawing out some designs i'm going to create but i'm trying to keep it simple and just create a few designs that i can use over and over in different materials.
Little Miss Designs.
I have been finding getting going really difficult due to my little girl keep crying and being very clingy recently, but i'm getting there one step at a time. I just have to make sure i keep trying and i know everything will work out alright.
I have one garment down for the 0-3 month old's just a billion more designs and sizes to go.
